The right budget starts with the scope

For a small business, the price depends on the pages required, the content available and the features needed. A website presenting a tradesperson and receiving quote requests involves different work from a shop with online payments or a customer portal. The amounts below are Obsela’s starting prices, not Swiss market averages.

02

What changes the cost of your quote

List your pages before comparing prices: home, services, company, projects and contact. Then specify who supplies the text, photos and translations. Our website offers include one language and two rounds of design feedback. Extra pages, copywriting, translations or appointment booking require a tailored quote.

03

Plan for costs after launch

The domain name, hosting and third-party subscriptions are quoted separately. Ask what they cost, how often they renew and who manages them. Content updates can complement the website build; their scope should be distinguished from technical maintenance and licences.

04

Compare two offers with matching deliverables

Check the number of pages and languages, copywriting, mobile adaptation, included feedback rounds and form features. For a redesign, also ask which pages will be kept and how old URLs will be redirected. A starting price is not enough: the quote should specify what will be delivered and what remains optional.

05

What about SEO within this budget?

SEO fundamentals help make a website understandable: page structure, titles and metadata. Regular writing, a content strategy or in-depth SEO/GEO support are additional services. Neither the website build nor these activities guarantee a Google ranking or a citation in AI answers.

Your project, with the right information.
